在英文合同中，有很多使用unless（除非是~，除了~的情况以外）的情况。以下是示例。在大多数情况下，unless可以替换为except as。

unless otherwise agreed 除非另有约定，

unless otherwise provided 除非另有规定

unless earlier terminated 除非在期限之前解除（除非中途解除）

unless the context otherwise requires 除非需要另行解释，
